Using Chapsi

By creating a workspace you agree to use Chapsi for lawful business operations and to keep your account credentials secure. You're responsible for activity carried out under your team's accounts.

Your data

You own the client, project and financial data you put into your workspace. We host and process it on your behalf in order to provide the service, and we don't claim ownership of it.

Plans and billing

The Starter plan is free. Paid plans, once pricing is final, are billed on the cycle shown at checkout and can be cancelled at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.

Availability

We work to keep the service reliable, but it's provided without a warranty of uninterrupted availability. Planned maintenance will be communicated where practical.

Acceptable use

Don't use Chapsi to store or distribute unlawful material, attempt to breach its security, or resell access to it without agreement.

Changes

These terms may change as the product develops. We'll make reasonable efforts to notify active accounts of material changes before they take effect.
