What we collect

Account details you give us when you create a workspace — name, work email and agency name — together with the client, project, task, estimate and invoice records you and your team enter into that workspace.

If you submit the contact form, we also log your IP address and browser user-agent alongside your message — used only to filter spam, never for tracking or marketing.

How we use it

To operate the product: authenticating your team, storing and serving your workspace data, sending notifications about activity in your account, and diagnosing reliability problems.

What we don't do

We don't sell your data or your clients' data, and we don't share it with advertisers.

Retention and deletion

Workspace data is kept for as long as the account is active. You can request an export or deletion of your workspace at any time.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Depending on where you're based you may have further statutory rights, and we'll honour those.
