Questions, answered
Why flat pricing instead of per seat?
Because per-seat pricing quietly punishes you for hiring, and makes you think twice about giving a junior or a contractor access they need. A flat price per workspace means your bill is predictable and your whole team is in the tool.
Do my clients count as seats?
No. Client logins are unlimited and free on every paid plan — they see only the projects, tickets and invoices you share with them.
How much do I save on annual billing?
Two months, on any plan — roughly 17%. Studio is $990 a year instead of $1,188, Agency $2,000 instead of $2,400. Switch between monthly and annual any time from Settings → Billing.
What happens if we outgrow our seat cap?
Add seats at $6 each per month, or move up a tier — whichever is cheaper for you. We’ll tell you which one that is rather than letting you overpay.
Is there a setup fee or a contract?
No setup fee, and every plan is month-to-month unless you choose annual. Export your data to CSV at any time, including on the way out.
Do you help with migration?
On Scale it’s included, and it’s available as a $499 one-time add-on on any other plan. Tell us where your clients and projects live now and we’ll map out the order to move them.
