Built by people who ran an agency across nine subscriptions for too long.
Chapsi exists because every other option was either built for enterprises with a procurement team, or a to-do list wearing an invoice icon.
We were the nine-subscriptions problem, too.
Before Chapsi, our own studio ran on a project tracker, a separate time app, a spreadsheet for estimates, an invoicing tool, a help desk our clients emailed, a wiki nobody updated, a password manager the contractors shared badly, and Slack. Every Friday was reconciliation day.
We built Chapsi to be the one place that already knows what everything else would have to be told — because a client, a ticket, an hour, a credential and an invoice are all the same story, just at different points.
Three principles we build against.
Calm over feature count
We’d rather ship the module an agency actually opens every day than a checklist item for a sales deck.
Flat pricing, on purpose
Per-seat billing makes you hesitate before giving a junior access. One price per workspace means everyone’s in the tool.
Your clients’ data stays yours
We don’t sell it, we don’t share it with advertisers, and export is one click — including on the way out.
